Null Command (nullcommand.app) is run by Starr Studios. By logging in or using it, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
A free tool, provided as is
Null Command is free to use. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Market prices, demand estimates, build costs and profit figures are calculations from EVE data that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, Starr Studios is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost ISK, assets or time.
Your decisions are yours
Null Command calculates, compares and suggests. It never acts in the EVE client for you. You are responsible for every in-game decision you make, including what you buy, sell, build, haul or fight with, and for checking figures in the game before you act on them.
Follow CCP's rules
You must follow CCP's EVE Online End User License Agreement and Terms of Service while using Null Command, and use it only with characters you are entitled to use. Null Command is not made, endorsed or supported by CCP; see the notice at the foot of every page.
Fair use
Do not try to reach other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its limits, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend or end access for anyone who abuses the service, and we may change or stop any part of it at any time.
Your data
How we handle your data, and how to delete it, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using Null Command after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using it and delete your data.
